Here’s an outline of the training:

Module 1: The Six Core Principles

Module 1 is all about getting you prepared for the journey you’re about to embark on. You’ll get a brief glimpse into what the rest of the program is about, then we’ll jump straight in.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • How doing these practices will impact every aspect of your life. (Note: It’s not just in the bedroom!)
  • The little-known path to separating ejaculation from orgasm.
  • Full-body pleasure vs. genital based pleasure. You’ll learn why most men only experience a fraction of the pleasure they could feel, and how you can change that.

Module 2: Dissolving Sexual Shame

Sexual shame is a big deal. It contributes to both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It causes men to be nervous in bed, to hold back their masculinity, to shield their heart and to block connection.

Most men, and in fact most human beings have some form of sexual shame. It’s probably having more impact on your sex life than you realize. Clearing these blocks early will lay a solid foundation for the rest of the program.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • The roots of sexual shame and how sexual shame can affect your bedroom experience.
  • The difference between healthy shame and toxic shame (and what to do about it).
  • The five steps to healing sexual shame and breaking out of unhealthy relationship patterns.
  • What to do about sexual shame right now, without having to go to therapy for 10 years.

Module 3: Relaxation and Sex

Module 3 is about physical and mental relaxation. You’ll learn how to deeply relax into an erotic experience. You’ll learn to let go of fear, tension and blocks that keep you from fully experiencing all the pleasure available to you in the bedroom.

This module is highly experiential. You’ll learn the theory behind relaxation, while doing the techniques for yourself, live as you listen to the audio.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • Why relaxation is absolutely key to lasting longer in bed.
  • How one simple shift in mindset before having sex can have you lasting twice as long in bed.
  • Why being “wired to achieve” in bed, as most men are, is detrimental to relaxation and to having great sex. And how to relax, even when you’re trying to be “good in bed.”
  • A powerful breathing technique to relax your mind, as well as relax the muscles that impact ejaculation.

Module 4: Sexual Confidence

Having sexual confidence will improve your sex life in a ton of different ways. Your woman will be more attracted to you. You’ll feel more powerful and be able to use that sense of power to bring more raw “fuck energy” to your lovemaking. Your woman will feel safer in letting go and surrendering to you.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • What exactly is sexual confidence? How is sexual confidence created? We’ll deconstruct sexual confidence, so you can create it deliberately, at will.
  • The difference between internal and external confidence.
  • How to feel more sexually confident by knowing how to powerfully ask for what you want in bed.
  • A 15-minute guided visualization that greatly increases your confidence and your body’s orgasmic capacity.

Module 5: Sexual Training Q&A

By this point in the program, you probably have some questions. Maybe you’ve run into a challenge or two, or you’re experiencing sensations or emotions that you’re not used to. Perhaps you’ve had an unusual experience and you’re wondering if that’s uncommon. In this module, we’ll answer the most common questions guys have when going through this program, as well as proactively address some challenges you might face.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • Getting over the “hump.” Most early ejaculators have the most trouble for the first 2 to 10 minutes. After the 20-minute mark, most early ejaculation issues disappear.
  • What to do if you’re a late ejaculator – including how to amplify and increase the pleasure you’re feeling.

Module 6: The Heart and Sex Link

  • Round 2 of sexual shame: This time, we’ll explore shame in the context of helping you have full sexual expression and breaking through social stigmas.

Module 8: Physical, Emotional and Mental Surrender

In this module you’ll learn how to use the ME Breath as a diagnostic tool in discovering your blocks to full-body orgasm. You’ll also learn about the concept of “surrender” – both in this module and the next one. In this module we’ll talk about surrendering at three levels: Physical, emotional, and mental. Plus practical ways you can learn to let go and let more pleasure flow.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • The three levels of surrender, how each is different and how each can impact your love life.
  • How to address resistance to surrendering.
  • Self-love and its effect on your ability to surrender.
  • Why surrender is so attractive to women – not just on a “chemical” level, but on a very deep and emotional level.
  • Brain orgasms: What they are and how you can experience them.

Module 9: Exploring the Backyard

The butt and the anus are very sensitive areas of both men and women’s bodies. They can add incredible sensations to your bedroom experience. They’re also highly emotionally charged areas. When playing with this area, feelings of taboo and shame often arise, leading to opportunities for surrender.

In this module, you’ll learn:

Module 10: Integrating This Program

Congratulations! You’ve reached the end. By now, your capacity to experience pleasure in bed will be vastly expanded. You’ll be able to relax more deeply, and you may have found many of your old sexual blocks melt away.
